Apps for Kids: Math & Reading

Have I told you lately, how hooked I am on Pinterest? Kristin W. had this pinned on her board and I thought it might be worth sharing here.   ~Tiffany
A first-grade teacher uses Ipod Touches in her classroom and has loaded these apps on them for the kids to use. One picture has reading apps and the other picture has math apps. I don't know anything about the apps or if they are free, but I thought I'd pass them along to you. These might make the wait both fun and educational whether it be the doctor's office or anywhere else you find yourself & kids with time to kill...rather than pigs to kill :-)
