We Need YOUR Ideas!

Our March 13th meeting topic is FRUGAL LIVING. We knew YOU ALL would be a great resource for ideas and decided to try an open forum format for this meeting. We would like to have a handout for everyone to take home that lists ways YOUR FAMILY saves money...tries to live frugally...cuts costs...ON ANYTHING & EVERYTHING.

So, could you think of a few examples or ideas and email them to me? Be sure to share the simple things you do that you think everyone else probably does already, because THEY MIGHT NOT! Here are some "categories" to get you thinking:

Kids' clothing

Garage Sales/Craig's List/Consignment shops

School supplies

Christmas gifts/Teacher gifts
Groceries

Meal planning

Couponing

Restaurant deals

Ways to save on entertainment/movies/etc.
Phone/cable/internet plans

What you choose to live without

Substitutes that are cheaper

Even if everyone could email me 3 THINGS (or a whole list :-), we'd have a GREAT RESOURCE to take home and plenty to share at the meeting! And if it's easier to share your ideas over the phone, by all means, give me a call!
