September 13th - First Meetings!

Hello Ladies,

Time has certainly gotten away from me when I see how long it's been since a post has been made to our blog. Consider it "summer vacation" and we'll get back to sharing stuff here on a regular basis again.

I have to say it's been a very busy last couple of weeks for the two teams organizing Morning Carelink and Evening Carelink. The ladies have done a wonderful job getting ready this summer and I hope you enjoy the first meetings.

Evening Carelink will meet from 7-8:30pm on Tuesday (9/13). Please give Lisa F. a call today if you plan to attend but haven't yet registered. We have over 25 ladies signed up, which is beyond what we hoped for six months ago when Lisa and I discussed the possibility of starting a second Mom's Carelink group.

Morning Carelink will meet from 9:15-11:15am on Tuesday (9/13), as well. We're trying our best to adequately staff nursery rooms, so if you haven't registered yet, please give Tiffany D. a call today so we can plan on you being there. We have nearly 40 ladies registered for this group.

We'd love your prayers as we kick off this new year of Carelink. Pray for new friendships to take root. Pray for the team to finish up all the last minute details. Pray for ladies' lives to be enriched in a way that brings glory to Christ!
