Hey moms! Can I talk you into taking a few minutes between now and Spring Brunch to fill out an evaluation of your experience in Carelink this year? Your input is essential! We're always looking for ways to make Carelink better and this is a great place for us to begin that process.
You can print a copy at home from the file below. Click the "Evaluation 2010-11" link. That will take you to a scribd website. Towards the top right-hand side is a grey box that has "print" as an option. Select print then proceed.
